Peoples Bank & Trust Contributes to Pana Education Foundation

Peoples Bank & Trust donates $5000 to the Pana Education Foundation.

Peoples Bank & Trust recently donated $5000 to the Pana Education Foundation. Jennifer Mathis, Consumer Banking Officer at Peoples presented the check to Becky Carter-Beeson, President of PEF. In giving back to the community, Peoples Bank & Trust is committed to not only serving our customers, but also the communities it serves.

The Pana Education Foundation promotes district wide enhanced learning and further education for our students. The PEF provides scholarships to students furthering their education, mini -grants are provided either district wide, classroom or building wide and they are a major contributor to the 1:1 program implemented in the Pana school district. Carter-Beeson noted that they take great pride in being a partner with the Pana School District to set the bar for others.

The Pana Education Foundation is very grateful to Peoples Bank & Trust for this donation. The funds will be used to supplement the various programs offered to our school district by the Pana Education Foundation.
