Peoples Bank & Trust Announces Promotions and Changes to the Consumer Banking Department

PEOPLES BANK & TRUST ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS AND CHANGES TO THE CONSUMER BANKING DEPARTMENT

Pana, IL: Peoples Bank & Trust is proud to announce the promotion of a four key employees, Susan Palliser, McKennah Dugger, Angela Horath and Haylee Ishmael.

Susan Palliser has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Consumer Banking in Waverly and Palmyra. Sue joined the Bank in October 2011 as a Consumer Banker and was later promoted to Consumer Banking Officer.  Sue is well known in the Waverly branch.  In her role, Sue will provide leadership to deliver exemplary quality banking services to consumer banking customers in the Waverly and Palmyra branch areas. Sue is involved in the community in her church and as a trustee of the Waverly Public Library. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her six grandsons. Susan is an asset to our Consumer Banking department.  She is knowledgeable of the products and services we offer and is always willing to go out of her way to assist our customers.

McKennah Dugger has been promoted to Consumer Banker in Springfield. McKennah joined the Bank in May 2018 as a part time teller in our Waverly office. McKennah was promoted to a Customer Service Representative position in 2020. In her new role, McKennah will be responsible for providing courteous, individualized and comprehensive banking services to consumer banking customers in the Springfield branch area. McKennah is a lifelong resident of Modesto.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her niece and walking her dog, Gus.  McKennah also enjoys running the clock/scoreboard at the junior high volleyball games. McKennah is a valuable member of the Consumer Banking department.  She loves helping people solve problems with their accounts and enjoys customer interaction.

Jeff Grimmett, AVP Consumer Banker in Waverly, Springfield and Palmyra has taken on a new role as an AVP, Consumer Banker in Taylorville, Springfield and Morrisonville. Jeff is a native of Waverly and has been with the Waverly branch since 2004.  Jeff is a valuable member of the Consumer Banking department. He is passionate about customer service and will continue to offer his expertise to our PBT customers.

In the Operations Department, Angela Horath has been promoted to AVP, Deposit Operations.  Angela  originally joined the Bank in 2015 in Altamont as a teller and was later a Customer Service Representative.  She took a year off in 2020 and return as a bookkeeper in June 2021. Angela has lived in Altamont for nine years with her husband and three children. She currently works in both the Altamont and Pana branches.  In her new role, Angela is responsible for the administration and implementation of the bank’s bookkeeping/operations department. She looks forward to helping this department run smoothly and taking care of the needs and problems of our customers.

Haylee Ishmael, a part time teller in Pana has taken a full time bookkeeping position in the Deposit Operations area.  Haylee joined the Bank in April 2022. Haylee is a Pana native and a graduate of Pana Sr. High School.  She is eager to learn her new duties and is always willing to assist our customers in whatever way she can.
