RE: Walk In Lobby Service
Dear Valued Customer,
We care about you and your banking needs. Since Monday, August 10, all lobbies have been open by appointment.
Beginning Thursday, April 1, we will be offering walk-in service at most of our facilities.
I have attached a schedule of all of our service hours. You may access this by clicking on the link below.
Please note that while our walk-in service hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday in our Altamont, Charleston, Pana, Springfield, Taylorville, Waverly and White Hall facility lobbies, we encourage the opportunity to meet with you to serve your banking needs outside of these hours. These facility lobbies will continue to be open by appointment between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments outside normal banking hours and in other locations may also be arranged.
