Peoples Bank & Trust Contributes to Arthur Legacy of Love

Peoples Bank & Trust recently contributed $2,500 to the Arthur Legacy of Love to assist with the financial needs and projects of the organization Dale Boyer, Community Bank President, along with Dawn Boddy, AVP Consumer Banking, presented the check to Bruce and Kathy Oye as well as Dave and Cathy Allen, representatives from Arthur Legacy of Love.

The Arthur Legacy of Love Foundation was created to provide quality housing for the special citizens of the Arthur community and to provide hope for their families to know there is a safe, comfortable place for their loved ones to live when an alternative to “home” is needed. The Arthur Legacy of Love Foundation provides support to those with special needs and helps lighten the responsibilities of their families. They look to serve Christ by serving others as they create comfortable and independent living opportunities in the Arthur area for adults with special needs who cannot provide for themselves. Realizing everyone is a part of God’s family, the Arthur Legacy of Love encourages the community to provide for the needs of our special citizens as they may arise.

AVP Dawn Boddy shared, “We are proud to invest in the community of Arthur and are excited to see how donations like ours will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those involved with this wonderful foundation. The work that Arthur Legacy of Love does in the community and the homes they provide are absolutely wonderful.”
